Eight private casitas. One property. The Pacific at every turn. Three sit at the front of the estate with the ocean framed in every window. The remaining five are tucked into the tropical gardens — steps from the pool, steps from the sand, shaded by palms and built to disappear into their surroundings. Each casita is ensuite and air-conditioned, finished with the kind of considered craftsmanship you can’t manufacture on a timeline. Mandla hosts retreat operators, private groups, and individual travelers — each in their own way, and never at the same time.

Ocean View Casitas.
Three casitas sit at the front of the property, with windows that frame the Pacific from the moment you wake up. Hardwood floors, hand-crafted furniture, ensuite bathrooms with outdoor volcanic showers, and the sound of the surf coming through the open shutters at first light.
Each ocean view casita comfortably accommodates two guests with a king bed and full ensuite. Air conditioning, hot water, ceiling fans, and the kind of restful quiet that only exists where the loudest thing for miles is the ocean.

Garden Casitas.
Five casitas tucked into the tropical gardens of the property, steps from the pool and the path to the beach. Each one is private, shaded by palms, and finished with the same craftsmanship as the ocean view casitas — hardwood floors, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, hot water, and outdoor showers.
Three of the garden casitas were newly built in 2024 with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Two are slightly smaller and configured for solo travelers or couples preferring a more intimate footprint. All five share access to the same property, the same beach, and the same Pacific.

Full Property Buyouts.
For weddings, retreats, family gatherings, and private celebrations, Mandla can be booked in its entirety — all eight casitas, the rancho, the pool, the yoga deck, and the private beach. The property accommodates up to sixteen guests with full staff, private chef, and complete privacy on the entire estate.
